The Weiss-Aug Group Program Managers follow the Advances Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and serve as a single point of contact for customers during the production readiness phase of projects. The Program Management team is responsible for the timely delivery of programs to meet customer launch requirements.

We are capable of processing materials from 0.005 inches to make highly precise parts. Our stamping group achieves precision with equipment capable of rapid stamping speeds of up to 1600 strokes per minute, minimized labor costs, and increased product quality. Critical features are monitored by our in-line 100% Vision feature, with heat treating and tumbling offered through our ancillary processes.
