The Weiss-Aug Apprenticeship Program provides a pathway for individuals to learn and master skills in die setting while earning a salary in a career that can lead to many opportunities and advancement in the manufacturing industry.
We offer competitive wages. In line with the program, there will be periodic pay increases based upon successful completion of specified tasks.
We offer a comprehensive benefit program which includes medical, dental, prescription, and life insurance, as well as 401K and time off benefits.
You will be provided with a set of tools for you to start the program. Upon graduation from the Apprenticeship Program, these tools become your property. If you choose to leave the program before graduation, the tools will remain Weiss-Aug’s property.
