Taiwan Delegation Impressed by Weiss-Aug’s Manufacturing Excellence and Apprenticeship Programs in East Hanover, NJ

Weiss-Aug was proud to host a delegation of educators and government representatives from Taiwan for an East Hanover plant tour and presentation on our apprenticeship programs.

Principal Chen and teachers from the New Taipei Municipal Jhangshu International Creative Technical High School, New Taipei City Dept. of Education officials and Ms. Chris Lee our USDOL representative were very impressed with the tour showing off Weiss-Aug’s manufacturing excellence and learning about our commitment to maintaining that excellence through our Die Maker’s and Quality Assurance Tech. apprentice training curriculums.

The Delegation, at the end of the tour, moved on to touring the County College of Morris’s Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Center to learn more about there manufacturing / engineering offerings and how Weiss-Aug and CCM have successfully partnered together to meet our and New Jersey’s needs for apprentices and engineers.

Weiss-Aug wishes the New Taipei International Tech School much success in partnering with manufacturers and Holmdel, NJ as their sister city in 2024.
