Full Acquisition of The Diemasters Complete

The Weiss-Aug Group, a leading contract manufacturer of precision metal stamping, insert molding and integrated component assembly, today announced that they have completed the full acquisition of The Diemasters Manufacturing, Inc., having previously acquired the controlling share of the company in November 2015.

The Diemasters, located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, has been committed to the quality craftsmanship of high precision products since 1948, specializing in close tolerance metal fabricated components, stamping as well as fully assembled finished products. The company’s customer base spans across the globe and includes some of the most recognized brands serving a broad variety of markets.
